3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are as agreed upon in individual contracts. Standard terms are 30% advance, 70% before shipment.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective products with prior authorization. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products sold. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
